Norwegian Media is finally acknowledging worldwide Bodnariu Protests

January 17, 2016

After weeks of silence, the national media channels in Norway are finally acknowledging that worldwide protests are taking place because of the removal of the 5 Bodnariu children from their parents in November. The protests are spearheaded by Pentecostals in Europe and USA. According to a NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Company) TV news report from Arad, Romania yesterday, 1000´s of protesters have involved themselves on 3 continents so far. (See video here of the NRK TV news yesterday.)

Norwegian Media is finally acknowledging worldwide Bodnariu ProtestsFrom the NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Company) TV news report from Arad, Rumania yesterdayThe media coverage in Norway was almost non-existent until this month, except the relentless efforts of Mr. Kjell Andersen, an evangelical-pentecostal activist, who edits the internet forum Søkelys. He started to call attention to the atrocities of "Barnevernet" against the Bodnariu family on December 6th.

Norwegian Media is finally acknowledging worldwide Bodnariu ProtestsThe evangelical newspaper Dagen´s editor-in-chief Vebjørn Selbekk has defended "Barnevernet" profusely in his newspaper, and the Pentecostal weekly newspaper Korsets Seier has only covered the story of how the Pentecostal leaders Sigmund T. Kristoffersen and Andreas Hegertun have "no opinion" on the matters. However, the liberal newspaper Vårt Land has a much more aggressive journalistic agenda against "Barnevernet" in this case.

The large secular media such as NRK have now clearly understood the scope of what is going on. Please watch the video below of the NRK TV news yesterday.

-It seems that Christian and Pentecostal leaders in Norway have less prophetic insight and urgency that the secular leaders, notes Jan-Aage Torp, Convenor of European Apostolic Leaders.
